Christy Borriello is a Realtor® with Coldwell Banker Realty, focusing on residential real estate across the Charleston area. She started her real estate career in 2003 in Tampa, Florida, selling homes for a national home builder. In 2013, Christy expanded her business to Charleston, carving out a niche in new home construction and luxury properties, and later represented the final land development project released for sale on Daniel Island in Charleston. A native of New York, Christy earned her degree from the University of South Florida with a major in History and a minor in Business Administration.
